Quincy’s First Skyscraper

The WCU Tower is a beaux-arts-style building built in 1925. The ten-story tower is Quincy’s first skyscraper. Our tenants enjoy the historical features of the building with modern office designs to meet their needs. We take pride in maintaining this important piece of Quincy's history and continue to make improvements and repairs to ensure its preservation.
